Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Brighouse office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, implementing procedures to improve performance, and providing support to the Lettings team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management
    • Oversee and support the sales team, implementing procedures to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
    • Manage the sales team, including staff acting under our company name.
    • Carry out quarterly performance reviews and develop performance plans for staff where necessary.
    • Implement disciplinary procedures where necessary.
  • Office Administration
    • Manage the office rota, approve holiday requests, and log notes using our HR system.
    • Provide monthly wages to the Director, including commissions payable.
  • Lettings Support
    • Provide support to the Lettings team, currently based in a separate office.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent leadership and management skills.Experience in a similar role, preferably in the estate agency sector.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of organization and attention to detail.
