Automotive Technician

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join our well-established and reputable workshop team in Maidstone. Our client has a strong track record of delivering top-quality vehicles at competitive prices, and we are looking for a skilled professional to help us maintain this reputation.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs to a high standard
- Conduct MOT tests and provide accurate reports
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve workshop targets
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of vehicle systems and technologies
- Good technical and mechanical skills, with experience in a similar role
- Wide range of brand experience and knowledge of vehicle systems
- MOT experience, either current or lapsed, is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent time served
We offer a competitive basic salary, plus a bonus scheme with uncapped OTE. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30-6, with one late night every other Tuesday. No Saturdays
