About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive to represent clients in civil claims against public authorities and represent families at inquests. The ideal candidate will have commercial awareness, a drive to succeed, and the ability to draft letters of claim/instruction, statements, and prepare court submissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in civil claims against public authorities
  • Represent families at inquests
  • Obtain medical/accountancy evidence and interpret it to advise clients
  • Progress cases expeditiously while managing client expectations
  • Have knowledge of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act and the Human Rights Act
