Soft Landscape Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Soft Landscape Site Supervisor to join our team at HL Services (London) Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing soft landscape projects that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and plan daily tasks for our team, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Monitor work progress, identify potential issues, and report to our Contract Manager.
  • Manage inventory of plants, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and optimal usage.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, promoting best practices and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and provide detailed feedback.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring tailored solutions.
  • Assist in financial management, reviewing costs and expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Soft Landscape Site Supervisor or similar role, demonstrating expertise in horticulture and landscape maintenance.
  • Knowledge of plant species, landscape maintenance, and horticulture practices.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members.
  • Ability to interpret landscape plans and specifications, with a creative eye for detail.
  • Valid driver's license, with a preference for relevant qualifications in horticulture or landscape management.
