**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the store room, deliveries, and kitchen setup for the day ahead.
  • Prepare ingredients, complete prep in line with prep and par, batch cooking, and support the team to set them up for success.
  • Ensure the walk-in fridge, freezers, and dry store areas are clean and meet Food Safety standards.
  • Admin support to complete Back of House book for the morning, including temperature and probe checks.

**Requirements**

  • Local residence to ensure timely arrival for early starts.
  • Kitchen or catering experience is required.
  • Familiarity with managing morning deliveries, including invoices.
  • Knowledge of storing, labeling, and rotating goods correctly.
  • Experience working alongside Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to update stock availability and ordering requirements.
  • High standards for cleanliness and Food Safety.
  • Availability to support with breakfast and brunch service.
  • Attention to detail for deep cleaning jobs.
