Main Responsibilities- Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely completion of kitchen installations.
- Customer Communication: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that their expectations are met throughout the project.
- Technical Specifications: Verify that all technical specifications are included and accounted for, ensuring that installations meet the highest standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct site surveys and inspect installations to ensure that they meet ROCCIA's quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of installers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
- Project Management Experience: 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the kitchen industry.
- Kitchen Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the kitchen industry, including bespoke kitchens and building trades.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Written Communication: High standard of written communication, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Competitive Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
- Benefits Package: 28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank holidays, company discount, and free parking.
