Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Kia Europe. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead research projects to ensure we stay ahead of the market
  • Produce and distribute weekly and monthly activity and performance reports on our departments
  • Carry out in-depth monthly analysis of warranty claims, monitoring dealer activity and performance, analyzing claims data and identifying trends and focus areas
  • Provide administrative support for the coordination and management of warranty audit activity
  • Collate and produce accurate monthly invoicing files for relevant service programs
  • Assist the Quality team with the collation and provision of new model service data
  • Conduct research and competitor studies for service programs and warranty offerings
  • Provide general support and assistance to the Service & Quality and field teams
Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about understanding analytics and has a relevant course in business, commerce, or statistics. This role will encourage you to act quickly, test your flexibility, and motivate you to constantly adapt to new things. You can get a huge amount of experience, knowledge, and skill development out of a year with us.

Location/Travel:

We are a 5-minute walk from Walton-on-Thames station (24 mins from Waterloo) and have plenty of onsite parking for anyone driving.
