We are seeking a Clinical Team Supervisor to oversee the Clinical Team within our Options Roxby House Adult Services. The team operates in various locations, providing essential support to individuals with diverse needs. This position involves a dual focus on clinical leadership and managing a therapy caseload.
In collaboration with our Adult Services across the region, you will implement tailored assessment and intervention strategies for our clients who exhibit complex profiles stemming from learning disabilities, Autism, and other neurodivergent conditions, as well as trauma and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You will be responsible for managing a therapy caseload, supported by our experienced clinical network and expanding Clinical Team, while also playing a key role in staff training and consultation.
