Job Summary

We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our team at YHA Stratford upon Avon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our guests, members, and customers. This will involve working on reception, offering insights about the hostel and local area, and ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, members, and customers
  • Work on reception and offer insights about the hostel and local area
  • Utilize our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service
  • Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all guests
  • Assist in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serve food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride
