Job Title: Funds Associate 4-7 PQE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Funds Associate to join our team at Chadwick Nott. As a Funds Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the investment funds sector, including private equity, hedge, credit, and real estate funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on investment funds matters, including structuring, regulatory compliance, and transactional work.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, both domestically and internationally.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's investment funds practice, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships.
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to deliver high-quality client service.

Requirements:

  • Common law qualified solicitor with experience in investment funds, including private equity, hedge, credit, and/or real estate funds.
  • Experience gained at a top-tier UK, Australian, New Zealand, or other international law firm practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
