Join Our Team as a Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Medivet Group. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of animals, develop your clinical skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing surgical procedures, and working closely with our veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment of animals
  • Perform surgical procedures, including routine and complex surgeries
  • Work closely with veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication and surgical interventions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in veterinary medicine and technology

Requirements
  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
  • Experience of supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures
  • Experienced in using coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague
