The Mortgage Advisor Role

As a Mortgage Advisor for NRG Resourcing Ltd, you will be provided with leads through an established network of introducers and strong referral network. Your responsibility will be to guide clients throughout the mortgage process, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that are tailored to their needs and financial circumstances.

Mortgage Advisor Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Help clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyze and compare mortgage products from various lenders
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• Follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure impartial and appropriate financial advice

The Mortgage Advisor Packages

We offer two packages for Mortgage Advisors:

• Employed Mortgage Advisor Package
  • Office based in a convenient location
  • Basic Salary £30k
  • No validation
  • Tiered commission structure up to 30%
  • 20 holidays per year + 1 day per year of service (25 days total) plus bank holidays
  • Funded and supported career training
  • Career progression
• Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor Position
  • 60% commission on self-generated leads
  • 40% commission on provided leads

Mortgage Advisor Desired Skills and Experience

• CeMap Qualified or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Proven track record of mortgage sales
• Natural ability to build rapport and lasting relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Solid understanding of the UK property market
• Positive and proactive attitude
