Job Summary

The successful candidate will be an experienced leader in the oncology specialty, bringing a wealth of knowledge and innovation to the role. The post requires a strong track record of managing others, with experience of line management and team leadership. The successful applicant will be responsible for educating and empowering the current team, while demonstrating compassionate leadership.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will proactively manage mixed clinician SACT toxicity clinics within an outpatient model, including virtual clinics. They will work closely with the Lead Cancer Pharmacist and other pharmacy colleagues to provide high-quality patient care. The ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues is essential, with a strong emphasis on building strong professional relationships.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will possess a strong educational background, with a Master's level qualification in Oncology or a related field.
