Overview
We are collaborating with a prominent organization in the digital commerce sector, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets. They are in search of a Senior Business Analyst Lead to oversee, inspire, and cultivate a talented team of Business Analysts dedicated to fulfilling the requirements aligned with their strategic transformation initiatives.
This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring presence in the office a few days each week.
Compensation: Up to £70,000
Key Responsibilities
- Guide, inspire, and develop your team of Business Analysts while promoting best practices in operational models.
- Oversee the allocation of Business Analysts to Agile teams or projects, resolving availability issues and sourcing additional resources as necessary.
- Build robust relationships with senior executives, their teams, and the IT delivery unit to ensure accountability in project execution.
- Assist in integrating initiatives, changes, and projects into the overall portfolio before delegating to Business Analysts.
- Support the Project Management Office in establishing standards, refining methodologies, and enhancing the project lifecycle framework, ensuring compliance from Business Analysts.
Required Experience/Skills
- Proven experience in a senior Business Analyst capacity, with a background in coaching and mentoring.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Expertise in designing business processes.
- Experience in a retail context is advantageous.
