Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Heat Interface Unit Engineer to join our team at Workflow Recruitment. As a HIU Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and servicing of Heat Interface Units in both occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To conduct thorough risk assessments of work environments to ensure a safe working process and adhere to Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSIUR) 1998.
  • To identify and source materials and parts required to carry out repairs on HIUs, maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy in recording work logs and materials used.
  • To communicate effectively with stores and admin teams to coordinate further works, and inform residents of the expected completion times for ongoing projects.
  • To manage and maintain allocated van stock, ensuring optimal levels are maintained to support efficient operations.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary range of £43,000 - £47,500 per annum, plus opportunities for additional earnings and a company van.
