Head Waiter/ress Opportunity at The Peninsula London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter/ress to join our team at The Peninsula London, a luxurious 5-star hotel in the heart of Belgravia. As a key member of our fine dining restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Chef de Rang and Commis Waiting Colleagues to deliver high levels of service
  • Promote The Peninsula London as a recognized culinary destination through memorable guest experiences
  • Ensure the team follows sequence of service standards and understands menus and food and beverage items
  • Supervise and guide a team, assisting management with day-to-day service
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of British cuisine and food and beverage trends
  • Experience in a similar role in a fine dining restaurant or luxury 5* hotel
  • Previous relevant culinary qualifications or certifications
  • Excellent team and time management skills, highly adaptable and naturally positive
