About the Role

Sja's West is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Fundraising Specialist to join our Shared Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering fundraising support services to our Fundraising Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer and stakeholder service, placing the customer at the heart of all we do and enhancing the reputation and efficiency of Sja's West.
  • Participate in projects and on multi-functional teams, providing advice and contribution in relation to the activities of the team.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics or Raiser Edge Fundraising software is highly desirable.
Requirements
  • GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C), minimum of 5 including Maths & English.
  • Passionate about delivering quality service and experience of dealing with fundraising processes in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
