Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs specific to MEP activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Create, maintain, and review all health & safety documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and CPP documentation, to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor H&S compliance, identifying potential hazards and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, determining root causes and implementing corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide safety training and implement safety training programs for all personnel, including new employee orientations and ongoing toolbox talks, to ensure a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Ensure all members of staff have a full understanding of safety practices and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation, including incident reports and safety audits.
Requirements
  • IOSH and/or NEBOSH qualification with proof of certificate(s).
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the relevant field of operation.
  • Ability to conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports.
