Sense is seeking a dedicated Waking Nights Support Worker to join our residential service in Carrickfergus, Northern Ireland. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with sensory impairment and/or complex needs.

**About the Role:**

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will work closely with our team to create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide person-centered support to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive living environment
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive hourly rate of £12.25 (base rate £11.75 + 50p waking nights allowance)
* 36 hours per week
