About the Role:

We are looking for an Economics Teacher to work on a full-time basis in a great school based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be joining a well-resourced and highly successful department with an approachable and supportive head of department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Economics to students in a mixed school setting
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and achievement
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods

Requirements:

• Formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
• Excellent subject knowledge and teaching skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Legal ability to work within the UK
