Key Responsibilities:

In alignment with established protocols that adhere to national standards and organizational policies, the Sanitation Specialist will be tasked with delivering a high level of cleanliness across both clinical and non-clinical spaces, while keeping accurate records of the areas serviced.
This is a permanent full-time role.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Flexible hours available, primarily between 16:00 and Midnight.
Main Duties:
As a Sanitation Specialist, you will ensure that all areas of the facility are cleaned according to the specific requirements for each room. This includes mopping floors, dusting, and thoroughly cleaning all surfaces, including walls, doors, windows, handles, and switches, as well as internal glass areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of restroom facilities, including toilets and sinks.
Through provided training, you will operate various cleaning equipment such as polishers, buffers, vacuums, and laundry machines.
In addition to maintaining cleanliness, you will monitor for faulty equipment and potential hazards, ensuring they are reported to the appropriate management promptly.
About Us:
The ideal Sanitation Specialist will have a background in delivering high standards of cleanliness, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.
Additional Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills at all levels, both in person and over the phone.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations and COSHH guidelines.
- Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and takes pride in their work.
