Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing nursing services in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administering nursing treatments to patients, either in conjunction with general practitioners or independently, following established protocols.
- Conducting comprehensive health screenings and assessments, with appropriate referrals to general practitioners when necessary.
- Maintaining treatment room supplies and ensuring a well-organized environment for patient care.
- Collecting pathology specimens and performing necessary investigatory procedures as requested by the medical team.
- Participating in administrative duties, including accurate documentation of patient interactions and maintaining confidentiality.
- Engaging in continuous professional development and attending relevant training sessions.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid registration as a General Nurse.
- Membership in a recognized professional nursing organization.
