Construction Solicitor

We are seeking a skilled Construction Solicitor to join our in-house legal team on a permanent basis. As a Construction Solicitor, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contractual documentation, providing legal advice, and working with external solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and negotiate contractual documentation, including collateral warranties, framework agreements, and joint venture agreements.
- Provide legal advice on construction matters to the business.
- Work with external solicitors to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with training and knowledge sharing within the business.
- Experience in construction law and contractual documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
