Key Responsibilities Include:

Customer Service:

Managing incoming calls, responding to emails, assessing and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction, going above and beyond to engage customers, managing stock purchases, general operations in the POS system, collaborating with colleagues, and keeping customers informed. Proficiency in IT would be beneficial.

Warehouse Operations:

Tasks include picking, packing, receiving shipments, conducting cycle counts, overseeing shipping processes, managing goods in, and general warehouse duties. A forklift license is advantageous but can be acquired on the job.
