Position: Construction Site Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee operations on a pitched roofing project, with potential responsibilities extending to other construction tasks such as kitchens and bathrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Oversight:** Manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. **Documentation Management:** Oversee all necessary paperwork and compliance documentation.
3. **Quality Assurance:** Drive project timelines to ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications:
- SMSTS Certification
- Valid CSCS Card (Supervisor/Manager)
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- First Aid at Work Certification

Experience:
Candidates must possess a background in social housing construction refurbishment to be considered for this role.
