Senior Control Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our team at Tiger Resourcing Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge control system projects and contributing to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead project teams in delivering complex control system projects, producing high-quality project life cycle documentation.
  2. Develop and test software and procedures within project time scales, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  3. Train and develop less experienced engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
  4. Interface with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, participating in design meetings and managing workload to achieve project objectives.
  5. Participate in project development, commissioning, and troubleshooting, including on-site work and potential international projects.
Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Proven experience in developing PLC and SCADA software for major manufacturers.
  2. Strong knowledge of communication protocols, fault finding, and network configurations.
  3. Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the ability to produce high-quality written documents.
  4. Experience in control and automation projects across various industries.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage time and prioritize workload.
Qualifications/Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

Graduate-level education and a minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in process control, safety, or automation systems.
