About the Role:

Carrington West is seeking a skilled Rail Project Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract. As a key member of our infrastructure project team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all designs in accordance with specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the delivery of rail infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  3. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in rail project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
  2. Strong understanding of Construction, Design and Management Regulations (CDM) and other relevant industry standards.
  3. Experience with project management tools, such as CSM and RIR.
  4. Knowledge of Network Rail's policies and procedures.
