Executive Director of Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to join our team at COREcruitment International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gastro pub in North London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the pub, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote the pub and increase sales.
• Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure the pub's financial performance meets targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
