Commercial Director

As a Commercial Manager at Linkster Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in managing key existing National Accounts and building strong relationships with major businesses in the FMCG, Food Production, or Drinks sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain strong relationships with existing business clients to ensure service levels are met.
- Present new products to potential and existing clients.
- Manage account relationships, negotiate prices, and understand client businesses and goals.
- Identify and capitalize on sales growth opportunities.
- Manage product cost prices, develop customer joint business plans, and handle customer inquiries.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Deliver forecast customer volume, net sales, and margin goals for relevant clients.
- Experience in account management with major retailers, preferably in the FMCG background in Food Production or Drinks sectors.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Resilience, drive, and a focus on career advancement.
- Standard office hours from 0800-1700, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working model allowing for one day of remote work per week.
- Salary up to £47,000 per year, depending on experience, with performance bonuses of up to £2,000 per year.
- Car allowance.
