About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve high standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients, taking into account their medical history, personal preferences, and cultural background.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior nurses to develop their skills and confidence.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification. You will also need to have experience of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of the latest clinical practices.
