Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant at BFY, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building trusted relationships with clients to support BFY's collaborative approach.
  • Utilizing change management expertise to assist in project planning and execution.
  • Embracing a continuous improvement mindset to address complex challenges, leveraging your knowledge and experience while mentoring client teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to deliver value for clients with support from the project team.

We emphasize flexibility and control over work arrangements, avoiding the traditional consultancy model of long hours and constant travel. However, meeting client expectations is essential, and travel to client sites and our Nottingham office will be required.

Candidate Profile
