Job Description- Client Communication and Support
As an Audit and Accounts Senior, you will anticipate client needs, communicate effectively with clients through written and verbal exchanges, and provide solutions to areas of concern and judgement.
Audit Assignment Planning and ExecutionYou will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing all areas of the audit assignment for manager or partner review, providing solutions and seeking input for areas of concern and judgement.
Risk Management and ComplianceYou will demonstrate an understanding of different types of risk, the Firm's approach and policies for managing risk, and applicable legal and regulatory rules and policies.
Urgency and QualityYou will show a sense of urgency and understanding of how your work impacts the Firm's ability to serve clients, ensuring speed, attention to detail, and quality in your work.
Problem-Solving and ResearchYou will demonstrate an application and solution-based approach to problem-solving, referred to for research on delivery of solutions in that field on client assignments.
Audit Findings and RecommendationsYou will identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes, prepare and deliver Audit Findings Reports to be provided to the client.
Progress Monitoring and BudgetingYou will take primary responsibility for monitoring progress against budget, and when the actual differs from the budget, gain a full understanding for the Manager.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will be fully ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong knowledge of Accounts and Audit and experience of managing a team within a Practice environment.
