About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
Support clients with their medication and daily routines
Help with practical tasks such as shopping and housework
Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individual care plans
