We are seeking a skilled psychotherapist to join our client, a leading provider of young people's residential care services for children who have experienced trauma and/or abuse. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is expanding and opening new homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapeutic support to young people in a residential care setting
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of therapeutic programs and activities
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of services
