Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to lead our passionate and driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Responsible for operational service delivery, risk, and compliance in the region through contract delivery teams.
- Own the customer relationship, promoting a one-team approach and issue resolution.
- Carry out technical inspections and building workarounds, and proactively identify tasks.
- Oversee incidents and failure management.
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
- Senior Management experience in facilities management, managing hard and soft services, and project works, including managing an operational site-based or mobile team.
- Hold a valid CSCS card and relevant H&S qualifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS).
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation and written report writing.
- Good PC skills, including advanced Excel.
- Ability to complete full Disclosure and Government baseline clearance (mandatory requirement to work on contract).
