Our client, a leading Freight Forwarding & International Logistics company, is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarder to join their team in the Freight Department.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling the entire import and export process via European Road Freight, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and timely quotes to existing customers
* Develop strong relationships with customers and partners
* Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude towards work
* Liaise with overseas partners to negotiate rates and promote company brand
* Manage FTL and groupage shipments to meet KPI targets
Requirements:
* 1-2 years industry experience
* Road freight experience covering imports and/or exports
* Experience dealing with subcontractors and partners
* Experience in quotations
