Shire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our team in a specialist residential college for autism in South Wales.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and interventions to support students with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
- Deliver behaviour support and psychological therapy to both residential and day students.
- Work collaboratively with a Clinical MDT to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide Positive Behaviour Support and creative adaptations to therapeutic provision.
- HCPC registration as a Psychologist.
- Previous experience working with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
- Strong clinical, counselling, and educational skills.
- A competitive salary of £44,400 - £58,200 per year.
- A 3-day per week contract.
