Your Role

As a Mixologist, you will:

  • Deliver a high-quality guest experience through the creation of innovative cocktails.
  • Engage with guests to share your expertise in various beverages, including wines, beers, and spirits.
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure timely and efficient service.
What We Are Looking For

We seek individuals who possess:

  • Flexibility to work 16 or 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in a bar, restaurant, or hotel setting as a Bartender or Mixologist.
  • A strong knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for creativity.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and a personable approach.
  • A personal license, which is advantageous.
  • An interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.
  • A readiness to be a part of the voco team and contribute to our welcoming atmosphere.
