About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nurse Leader to join our esteemed care home in Aberdeen. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Support and mentor junior staff members, promoting their professional development and growth.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and management, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality care.
