Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Specialist to join our Subsea team in Aberdeen. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting safely delivering operational service quality excellence, ensuring Expro methods and systems are implemented consistently, and providing support to managers and employees in relevant service quality matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Focal point for all Service Quality matters, providing advice on incident investigation, incident classification, and coaching on Service Quality expectations.
- Drive implementation of, and compliance with, Expro HSEQ methods and systems to ensure consistency of approach and understanding of goals.
- Travel to Expro locations to ensure HSEQ Expectations compliance and assist local teams in identifying areas for HSEQ improvements.
- Support managers in the identification and delivery of Service Quality targets and goals to ensure continuous awareness and improvement of key Service Quality areas.
- Ensure HSEQ policies, standards, and directives are understood and followed, and provide appropriate training to managers and employees as necessary.
- Ensure accidents and near misses are reported, investigated, and effective corrective action taken and closed out.
- Ensure non-conformance reports (PIRs) are raised, investigated, and effective correction action taken and closed out; may take the lead during non-conformance investigations (Serious / Medium Service Quality Incidents – SSQI's / MSQI's).
- Monitor Service Quality performance to ensure compliance with reporting requirements, including E-trak reports, KPIs, planned HSE inspections, etc.
- Conduct or arrange HSEQ audits in compliance with agreed audit schedule (HSE and Quality).
- Provide Service Quality input into HSEQ tenders and bids as required.
- May be required to supervise others, including managing workload, mentoring, and coaching.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an HSEQ / Product Line environment, including proven technical experience.
- Degree-qualified in a relevant subject (preferable).
- NEBOSH, IOSH (or equivalent) certification.
- IRCA Lead Assessor qualification (or standard industry accreditation) (preferable).
- Experience of ISO standards/systems.
