Position Overview: We are in search of a seasoned and strategic Senior Performance Manager to enhance our vibrant team at Flutter UK & Ireland. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with refining the performance of our gaming offerings, driving revenue enhancement, and elevating the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute performance strategies aimed at increasing revenue and enhancing profitability across our gaming portfolio.
  • Evaluate critical performance indicators, including player acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and churn rate, to uncover areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Experience, to synchronize performance goals and spearhead initiatives that improve the gaming journey.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and market dynamics to pinpoint new business avenues and craft actionable strategies to seize them.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimental initiatives to refine gaming features, promotional offers, and user interactions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and regulatory developments to guide strategic choices and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Establish performance KPIs, monitor progress against objectives, and deliver regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, ideally within the online gaming or betting sector.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the proficiency to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and platforms, such as Looker, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous enhancement.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
