As a key member of our education and training team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and education to our staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our staff and patients.
- Work closely with our senior management team to coordinate and provide delivery of training and education.
- Champion and raise awareness of the benefits of effective education and training to increase the competence of our staff.
- Support the development of our staff to provide excellence and efficiency in care.
- Registered General Nurse, Part 1 on NMC register or registered practitioner on the HCPC.
- Teaching/education and mentoring qualification.
- Sound theoretical knowledge.
- Demonstrates evidence of professional development.
- Knowledge of NMC and HCPC Codes and guidelines.
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
