Family Solicitor/Associate Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor/Associate to join our growing team in Dudley. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients
  • Managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to achieve the best outcomes
  • Demonstrating excellent technical ability and drafting skills
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and empathy
  • Displaying strong commercial acumen in managing cases and advising clients

Requirements:

  • Qualified with PQE as a Family, Divorce and/or Finances, Private Law Solicitor
  • Proven track record in dealing with divorce proceedings and mid asset financial matters
  • Technically strong with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communicator who possesses excellent client care skills
  • Experience of Advocacy would be advantageous

Salary and Working Hours:

Salary is £40,000pa - £65,000pa depending on experience. Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
