About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on the Acute Assessment Unit at Sussex Community. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all patients.
  • Take charge of the ward/clinical unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse/Team Leader and deputy.
  • Act as an advocate for patients, promoting their rights and dignity at all times.
Person Specification
  • Registered Nurse with NMC Registration.
  • Ability to demonstrate understanding of current developments in the NHS and their implications for nursing and quality care for patients.
