Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Breakfast Chef to enhance our vibrant kitchen environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing our guests with a memorable breakfast experience. A keen eye for detail and a positive demeanor are essential attributes we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes each day while maintaining a seamless service
- Ensure cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Accurately check and organize food inventory
- Follow recipes and portion sizes with precision
- Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional culinary quality
- Communicate any challenges to senior chefs in a timely manner
- Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to uniform standards
- Comply with company policies and health and safety regulations
Essential Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Previous roles in a similar culinary capacity
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
