Quantity Surveyor

At Otis, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional results and driving business growth. As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a critical role in our commercial team, working closely with our onsite major project teams to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain commercial processes and procedures to protect revenue and minimize risk.
- Manage commercial risk through the delivery of contractual obligations and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the financial management of projects, including cash-flow forecasting, billings, and payments.
- Evaluate and advise on financial implications of potential decisions.
- Advise on conflict avoidance, management, and resolution, including compiling evidence in the debt resolution process.
- Proven experience working on large complex projects of up to c£10 million.
- Experience within either lifts, construction, or infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of JCT and other standard forms of contract.
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and proactivity in meeting company commitments.
