Compensation: £13.32 per hour - 12-hour shifts starting from 3am

Your Responsibilities
  • Mixing ingredients and raw materials in large commercial kettles to produce our sauces.
  • Adhering to recipes and specifications to ensure consistency and quality across batches.
  • Efficiently executing assigned tasks to meet production targets.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of line performance and operational efficiencies.
  • Upholding high standards of Housekeeping, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene.
  • Addressing and resolving operational issues as they arise.
  • Handling food ingredients with care.
  • Following proper manual lifting techniques for weights ranging from 5kg to 20kg.
  • Assisting in the training and mentoring of new team members.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Communicating effectively with team leaders and colleagues.
