Job Title: Class 1 Driver Position

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Industry: Recycling and Waste Management

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to join our team at a recycling company that services businesses nationwide. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for collecting waste from sites and bringing it back to the yard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a Class 1 vehicle to collect waste from sites
  • Bring collected waste back to the yard
  • Meet the requirements of the business and be flexible with working times

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 UK license for a minimum of 12 months
  • Experience driving a Class 1 vehicle within the last six months, ideally 12 months
  • No more than 6 points on license for minor offences
  • In-date Digital Tachograph Card
  • Up-to-date CPC Qualification Card

Working Conditions:

  • Working times: 7am - 5pm with the chance of overtime
  • Shift pattern: Monday - Friday
