We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to deliver technical and systems engineering expertise, addressing both project and operational needs in collaboration with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Systems Integration and Development - Strategizing, executing, and overseeing activities to amalgamate system components into functional systems, products, or services.
  • Application Management - Providing administrative, technical, and management services to sustain and support operational applications.
  • Design Provisioning - Creating high-level and detailed technical designs and alternatives.
  • Messaging and Integration Development - Engaging in the development, testing, and support of clinical and non-clinical messaging and integration.
  • Integration Application Support - Installing and maintaining integration application servers, relevant software products, and necessary operating system customizations.
  • Operational Systems Enhancement - Supporting and continuously improving operational systems, including on-call assistance, troubleshooting, and recovery guidance.
  • Service Maintenance - Overseeing service performance, enhancements, and roadmap planning.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Managing technical and non-technical relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Essential:

  • Proven technical experience in a comparable role involving the development, upgrade, implementation, and support of integrations.
  • Experience in a similar sector or with healthcare applications.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing medium to large-scale application integration solutions (EAI).
  • Familiarity with HL7 messaging standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in reviewing documentation, process maps, and requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, agile team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and development.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior involvement in Electronic Health Record implementation projects in roles such as business analyst, technical build, or operational support.
  • Experience in managing front-facing stakeholder relationships and exposure to Agile project environments.
  • Knowledge of Services Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Understanding of Database systems (Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server).
  • Experience with Operating Systems (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows Server, VMware).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of addressing complex challenges.
  • Awareness of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices related to electronic health record systems.
