We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our team to success in the education recruitment market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving targets while working with a dynamic and confident team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of successful Recruitment Consultants and Resourcers to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement branch sales plans to deliver required results and conduct regular sales and operations meetings.
- Add to your headcount to build the best possible team while aligning your branch to the TeacherActive culture.
- Conduct regular 121s and team briefs, including information about sales goals, campaigns, and other relevant information.
- Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment.
- Motivate the team to gain the highest possible outcomes through activity while balancing wellbeing.
- Work to ensure all staff receive the best possible development while acting on the Learning & Development team's feedback.
- Evaluate team and individual performance, providing feedback and coaching.
- Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure high levels of satisfaction and act on feedback.
- Ensure adherence to TeacherActive compliance standards and policies.
- Assess local and regional market conditions and identify opportunities.
- Draft forecasts, business plans, and manage budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives.
- Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge and plan promotional activities to achieve goals.
- A successful billing record in agency recruitment.
- Experience managing a team of Recruitment Consultants/Resourcers.
- A confident and resilient personality.
- Able to build rapport and strong communication skills.
- Great organizational skills and a flawless work ethic.
- Ability to nurture relationships.
- Knowledge of the education recruitment market.
